Team Schmurphy is the creative production arm of Schmurphy Services.
This is where original films are developed, challenges are undertaken, and long-form stories are given the time and space they require. What began as a proving ground for creative discipline and collaboration continues to evolve into a home for narrative filmmaking, including future feature projects.

The word “TEAM” is intentional. Everyone who participates in these productions, cast, crew, and collaborators, is part of Team Schmurphy. We believe filmmaking is a collective effort, built on trust, respect, and shared commitment. When budgets are lean, we take care of our people the best ways we can, through hospitality, appreciation, and inclusion, and by making sure everyone’s contribution matters.

The work presented here reflects exploration, constraint, and intent. These productions inform how we approach all creative work across Schmurphy Services, grounding our client-facing services in real filmmaking practice, not theory.
