Every project is different.

Scope, scale, timeline, and creative needs all influence pricing. The information below is not a fixed price list, but a reference point to help you understand available options and typical ranges. We work with clients to shape projects around real goals and real budgets, and we’re always happy to talk through what’s possible before anything is finalized.

Video Production

Full-service video production for film, commercial, and event projects. From professional camera operation and compact or cinema Steadicam rigs to dynamic aerial drone coverage, we deliver cinematic visuals tailored to each production’s needs.

Services may be booked individually or combined into complete production packages, including editing, color correction, and final delivery. When booking a full production package, certain equipment costs may be waived depending on the scope of the project; specialized cinema Steadicam packages are billed separately. When services are booked à la carte, operator time and equipment are priced separately.

Videography
$250 - $650
Professional videography services including camera operation, shot composition, and on-set collaboration to capture cinematic footage for film, commercial, or event productions. Equipment is included when booking a full package that also includes the editing process.
- Hourly Rate – $125 (2-hour minimum)
- Half Day Rate (up to 4 hrs) – $400
- Day Rate (up to 10 hrs) – $650
Drone Operation
$100 - $800
Professional drone operation for film, commercial, and event productions. Includes a compact, high-quality drone capable of capturing up to 2.7K-resolution stabilized aerial footage for cinematic establishing shots and smooth motion coverage. Higher-resolution capture (4K and above) is available with upgraded drone systems at an additional rental cost.
- Hourly Rate – $100 (2-hour minimum, unless adding to another videography service)
- Half Day Rate (up to 4 hrs) – $500
- Day Rate (up to 8 hrs) – $800
Videography (Steadicam – Compact)
$500 - $750
Professional Steadicam videography providing smooth, cinematic motion and precision framing for high-end productions. Operated with advanced stabilization gear for seamless camera movement. Equipment is included when booking a full package that also includes the editing process.
- Half Day Rate (up to 4 hrs) – $500
- Day Rate (up to 10 hrs) – $750
Steadicam Operation
$1,000 - $6,000
Professional Steadicam operation for film, commercial, and event productions. Provides smooth, cinematic camera movement and precise framing using a full-size stabilization system. Ideal for dynamic tracking shots, walk-and-talks, and complex motion sequences requiring professional stability and control. Equipment is not included and must be rented separately or provided by production.
- Day Rate (up to 10 hrs) – $1,000
- 3-Day Rate – $2,700
- Weekly Rate (7 days) – $6,000

Planning & Organizing

Comprehensive pre-production and post-production support, includes: script development, scheduling, concept planning, storyboarding, and organizational tasks such as footage management, uploads, and file transfers.

Pre/Post-Production Support
$50/hr

Additional Crew/Cast

Hiring experienced actors and professional crew enhances on-set efficiency, improves production quality, and can ultimately save time and costs throughout the project.

Assistants, Grips, Electric, etc.
$300 - $600
The more gear is required, the more people (Production Assistants, Grips, Electric, etc.) are needed.
- Day Rate (up to 10 hrs) – $300 to $600
- Hourly Rate – $30 to $60/hr (2-hour minimum)
On-screen Talent
$200 - $1000+
Actors, Actresses, Models, etc.
- Day Rate (up to 10 hrs) – $200 to $1,000+
- Hourly Rate – $20 to $100+/hr (2-hour minimum)

Post-Production

Complete post-production services including editing, color grading, visual effects, motion graphics, and the sourcing of licensed stock footage and music to create a polished, cinematic final product.

Basic Editing
$50
Simple video cuts, simple color grading, and audio mixing. This is little more than a slide-show

Rate is per minute of length in the final video.
Standard Editing
$100
Color grading, transitions, basic titles, and audio mixing.

Rate is per minute of length in the final video.
Complex Editing
$150 - $500
Color grading, transitions, motion titles, audio mixing, animations, motion graphic/effect overlays, distort effects, motion tracking, time remapping, masking, etc.

Rate is per minute of length in the final video.
Stock Footage, Graphics, Photos and Music
$50/hr
Hourly cost is compensating time to find items. Item costs vary depending on the source, use, etc.

The cost of each item purchased will be included as a separate line item.
Editing Revisions
$25 - $150
The first round of revisions are free if it’s nothing too major.
After, the price varies depending on revisions.

Travel

Travel within a 50-mile round trip from our office is included at no additional cost. This generally covers the greater St. George area. Projects involving multiple shoot days, additional locations, or repeated travel may exceed the included distance and could incur additional travel charges.

Driving Mileage
$1 per mile
For video shoots beyond a 50-mile roundtrip.
Overnight Stays
Reimbursement
All travel expenses: tickets, lodging, meals, etc.

Receipts provided on request.
Travel Rate
$300/travel-day
This will be applied to all travel days. If the production starts on a travel day, this will not be applied.

The ticket cost for the travel will be included as a separate line item.

Data Delivery

Projects can be delivered digitally or on physical media. Cloud access is available for a limited time for convenient downloading and review. For larger files or long-term storage, delivery can be arranged on an external drive or other agreed-upon storage medium.

Additional costs may apply for drives or shipping.

Gear Rental

Equipment rental rates vary by project and are based on the specific gear required. Gear is also available for standalone rental without booking production services. Current rate estimates are available, with additional listings and detailed pricing coming soon.

Standalone rentals require a certificate of insurance (COI) or a signed agreement covering reimbursement for loss or damage.
